The building is located on Aristotelous Street in Kallithea, near A. Siggrou Avenue and opposite the Onassis Cultural Centre. The building has six floors and its structure is made of reinforced concrete. In this building, an attempt was made to modify the façade and the interior spaces in order to accommodate offices and medical practices. It was proposed to construct steel balcony extensions to restore the basic structure and form of the building in order to upgrade its functionality. The façade balconies have sliding semi-doors panels consisting of vertical metal elements. The panels act as a filter for both the south-western light and the view of the opposite buildings and the avenue, creating sheltered balconies. In addition, the sliding panels give the building an interaction, since each owner, depending on where they are placed, can shape the appearance of the building.
