Eugene’s place is a small studio (20 sq. m.) in a rooftop renovated from scratch and converted into a designer’s studio with a breathtaking, panoramic view of Athens. 

​

Its construction consists of wooden walls and roof with thermal insulation, following the principles of bioclimatic architecture.

​

The aim was to design a minimal and ergonomic space that includes all the facilities of a modern apartment and fits into the urban landscape of Athens. 

​

From the roof garden one can enjoy a view of the Acropolis, Lycabettus hill, the sea and the city skyline.
