An office space (55 sq. m.) in Kolonaki has been converted into a small apartment, in order to meet the needs of a couple. Α bathroom and a kitchen were added, in an originally single space. It was ergonomically designed, incorporating all the modern functions of a downtown Athens residence. 

 

The main concept was to create an “industrial space” that was in line with the urban landscape of the city. Concrete, cement mortar, black surfaces and minimal furniture are the main elements of this apartment.
