Ιn the historical centre of Athens, opposite to the Central Market, an important building is located, named Artower, which has hosted contemporary art exhibitions since 1999.

On the 7th floor one of the gallery spaces was transformed into a high-standard apartment-loft with a panoramic view of the Acropolis.

The 154 sq.m. apartment is divided into two zones. The front zone consists of the common areas (living room, office, kitchen and bathroom) and has an unobstructed view, while the rear zone consists of the private rooms (two en-suite bedrooms).

A minimal and simple design is applied to the whole apartment. Metal, wood and cement are used as basic materials. The folding wooden partition is of particular interest, because it isolates the living room from the office space and at the same time it integrates the bathroom door.

Along with the interior layout of the space, custom design is applied to all furniture.

The aim was to create an apartment which would include all modern facilities and be in line with the urban landscape of Athens.
