A four-storey building on Poseidon Avenue with an unobstructed sea view was fully designed, both internally and externally, to accommodate the Urban Suites. Each floor was developed to embody the qualities of a luxury apartment suite, with emphasis on functionality, autonomy, spatial comfort, views, and high construction standards. At the same time, the selected materials were intended to create a welcoming and familiar environment for visitors.
