Top-Floor Loft

In the Central Market, on the top floor of Artower, a former event space was transformed into a high-standard loft apartment with panoramic views of the Acropolis and Lycabettus Hill. The 154 sq.m. apartment is organized into a living room, dining area, and kitchen with unobstructed views, as well as a private en-suite bedroom at the rear, including a bathroom and walk-in closet. High-quality materials such as solid wood flooring and authentic marble were used throughout the space. A skylight was introduced in the front zone of the apartment, providing natural light to the living room and kitchen.
