Stratos Café

The Stratos Café is located in the main harbour of Kastellorizo, in a traditional residence next to the Italian market. It is the result of an integrated design approach, from furniture to the selection of fabrics sourced from neighbouring Turkey. The compact café space was fully optimized to function as a contemporary venue attracting visitors. During the works, the original masonry of the residence was revealed and preserved as a key element of traditional architecture, forming a distinctive backdrop for the café. Colours and textures were selected to align with those of the Poseidon Hotel, maintaining a consistent visual identity based on simplicity and continuity.
