Office Building

The building is located on Aristotelous Street in Kallithea, near A. Siggrou Avenue and opposite the Onassis Cultural Centre. The building has six floors and its structure is made of reinforced concrete. The project involved modifying the façade and interior spaces to accommodate offices and medical practices. Steel balcony extensions were proposed to restore the building’s original structure and form, enhancing its functionality. The façade balconies incorporate sliding semi-door panels composed of vertical metal elements, which act as filters for south-western light and views of the surrounding urban environment, creating sheltered outdoor spaces. In addition, the movable panels introduce a dynamic element to the building’s appearance, allowing each occupant to influence the façade configuration depending on their positioning.
