Eugene’s Place is a small studio (20 sq.m.) on a rooftop, renovated from scratch and converted into a designer’s studio with a panoramic view of Athens. The construction consists of wooden walls and roof with thermal insulation, following the principles of bioclimatic architecture. The aim was to design a minimal and ergonomic space that includes all the facilities of a modern apartment while integrating into the urban landscape of Athens. From the roof garden, one can enjoy views of the Acropolis, Lycabettus Hill, the sea, and the city skyline.
