The past engages in dialogue with the present, bridging tradition and contemporary creation. Artists Akis Goumas and Karolos Vlachiotis, fellows of the Homo Faber programme by the Michelangelo Foundation and Jaeger-LeCoultre for 2023–2024, selected pieces of jewelry from the permanent collection of the Canellopoulos Museum as a source of inspiration. Through their artistic vision, they created a new work drawing from the aesthetics of the Art Deco style, merging timeless craftsmanship with a contemporary sensibility.
